Limited Lifetime Warranty

First In Products, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that products built by First In Products, Inc. are free from defects in material and workmanship for the life of the product. This warranty applies when the product is used under normal conditions for the purpose for which the product is designed, and does not apply to normal wear and tear or damage related to alteration, accident, misuse, improper care, or negligence. If there is a covered defect, call First In Products, Inc. Customer Service Department at: (888) GEAR BAG for a return authorization number. Once approved, return the product with proof of purchase to First In Products, Inc. Customer Service Department, 7734 Garden Grove Blvd., Westminster, California 92683. If First In Products, Inc. determines that there is a covered defect, the product will be repaired or replaced, at First In Products, Inc. option with the same or similar product. This warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties. In no event shall First In Products, Inc. be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you special legal rights. You may also have other rights, which vary, from State to State.
